Krista Davis :: Maid of Honor

Krista is Jen's sister and friend. For years they enjoyed beating each other up...but then when they got strong enough to do some damage they quickly became friends:) They played many highschool sports together, as well as playing club volleyball for the Hamilton Seekers. Jen is extremely thankful that she will be able to take a flight halfway around the world from Poland to stand beside her at her wedding!!

Ben
is Matt's brother-in-law. When Ben first
met Matt, Matt was a scrawny 11 year old kid.
Matt used to enjoy annoying Ben by saying
things like "hellu jellu." Eventually
Matt grew up a little and they became
friends. Ben works in the film industry
in Toronto as a second camera assistant. |
Sherita Baker :: Bridesmaid

Sherita and Jen went to college together at at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. They lived on the same floor freshman year and have been friends ever since. Sherita ran track at UMBC and majored in English. She is currently a grade one school teacher in Houston, Texas. Jen went to visit Sherita a year ago and envys the warm weather and amazing food that Houston has to offer:) Sherita kept on promising to come visit Jen...so now that she's in the wedding she has no excuse to make her way north!! |

Matt
and Mike met each other during frosh week
at Queen's University back in 2000. They
were in the same frosh group and later
realized they were both from Hamilton.
Mike and Matt have had many fun times
together. Several highlights include their
road trip to Ottawa to buy Matt a motorcycle
and the next summer their infamous road
trip to Prince Edward Island. Mike is
starting his masters this fall at Queen's
University in computer engineering. |
Randy Delmore :: Groomsman

Matt and Randy have know each other since Matt kicked his sister Megan out
of the house (or shortly thereafter). Matt and Randy became fast friends
due to their common interest in computers and technology. They like 'to
geek out together'. Randy geeks out by day as an IT guy for Novocol
Pharma in Cambridge, Ontario. |
Christine Halla :: Bridesmaid

Jen met Christine through the Athletes in Action Colorado summer project in 2000. They shared not only their love for God, but also volleyball! Christine was a member of the Virginia Tech volleyball team. She just recently got marriend, on August 20th, to Steve Hall. Jen was excited to be a bridesmaid in their wedding, but is even more excited to have the newlywed as a bridesmaid in hers:) |

and Matt met about 17 years ago at West
Highland Baptist Church in Hamilton Ontario.
They have been best friends ever since.
They have many common interests some of
which have changed over the years. Niether
one of them still avidly watches Star
Trek the next generation. Adam is currently
working on his masters at McMaster University
in computer engineering. |
Pamela Kinsman :: Bridesmaid

Pam
is Jen's latest and greatest friend. They
met through Matt, as Pam is married to
Matt's best friend Adam (see above!). They clicked immediately...although
Pam was prepared to hold their friendship lighly in case things with Jen and Matt didn't
work out. However it quickly became evident
that Jen was a keeper, so the friendship
was forged:) Pam currently lives in Dundas
and is a piano teacher. |
Rob Lummack

Rob and Matt became friends sometime in their early years of high school. Rob saw potential in the nerdy 14 year old Matt was at the time and invited him to his house after church on various Sunday afternoons. Matt remembers one Sunday specifically when they watched UFC together and then proceeded to fight in the basement for the rest of the afternoon. Rob is currently working in Burlington for a mutual fund company. |

met Sarah 'Young' through the Athletes in Action
Colorado summer project in 2000. Sarah played softball for the University of North Carolina (like the color of our website Sarah??...hehe). They had an instant friendship that has continued to grow over the years. Sarah is originally from Annandale, Virigina, just over an hour away from UMBC. So the Young family became Jen's second family while away at school. Sarah got married last summer to one super cool Dale Pinkley and they will be moving to Hawaii right after our wedding!! So of course Matt and Jen are looking forward to visiting them in their new digs. |
Phil Quest :: Groomsman

Phil and Matt have been hanging out for a long time and as you might
expect many memorable memories were had. Several summers were spent
hitting the beach together and more than half the fun was getting there.
(some of you will know what I'm talking about......) Phil makes the best
Sand Porsche on the planet. Phil is working towards being an auto
mechanic at Kia in Georgetown, Ontario. |
Dawn Regamey :: Bridesmaid

Dawn and Jen have been friends since they were six years old!!! They were in the same class all the way from junior kindergarten through highschool. They have been through a lot together, know each other extremely well (maybe too well!), and yet are still friends...amazing. Dawn Grant recently became Dawn Regamey as she was married to Chris on August 6th!! Dawn is moving to Scarborough to attend teacher's college in the fall. |
